Important Notice for Rental Property Owners
Dear Property Owner,
As part of the rental registry ordinance passed in May, all rental properties within the Town of Waterbury are required to be registered. This requirement applies to single-family homes used for rental purposes, Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), short-term rentals, and properties that contain two or more rental units used for short—or long-term rentals. The deadline to complete your registration is May 1st. Registration is free.
