Waterbury Municipal Office Bid Packages

Bid packages for the Building Demolition, Slate Roof Demolition, Site Work, and Concrete scopes of work shall be available on or about February 11, 2015 with responses due no later than 2:00pm March 3, 2015.  Interested parties should contact Majken Poley at (802) 863-8727 ormajkenp@ rearchcompany.com for a prequalification form. Project is located in Waterbury, Vermont with construction schedule of April 2015 - December 2015.  The scope of work consists of approximately 4,000 sq. ft. of renovation and 12,500 sq. ft. of new construction.
