The ordinance takes effect August 15, 2015, unless disapproved at a special town meeting. To disapprove the ordinance voters must petition a vote on the question of disapproving the ordinance by submitting such petition to the town clerk within 44 days of the adoption of the ordinance, in this instance no later than 4:30 p.m., July 29, 2015.
