Request for Proposals: Bylaw Modernization Grant
The Town of Waterbury is requesting Proposals from consultants to assist the Planning Commission in educating and engaging the public through an accessible and comprehensive public outreach strategy. The complete Request for Proposals is linked here: This project is to assist with the much-needed re-write of the Town’s Zoning Regulations and allow for increased housing density in the Town’s Designated Downtown and adjacent areas. By presenting Phase 1 of the Unified Development Bylaw update that has been drafted by the Planning Commission and soliciting feedback, the Town aims to create a more easily understood and supported revision process that will also inform Phase 2 of drafting the Unified Development Bylaw in the future.
Submissions are due by U.S. mail or hand delivered to the Waterbury Municipal Offices located at 28 North Main St., Suite 1, Waterbury, VT 05676, by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 23, 2023.
