The Town of Waterbury in conjunction with Austin Construction will be beginning a bridge reconstruction project on bridge #4 on Guptil Road. This bridge is located just south of the Kneeland Flats turn near Murray Hill Farm. The work will begin on Monday May 6, 2024 and last approximately 10 weeks. At some points during the construction project traffic will be reduced to one lane to allow the contractor to complete portions of the work in a safe manner. Those who regularly utilize Guptil Rd for travel can expect intermittent traffic delays over the next 10 week period. Please take caution and travel slowly and safely thru this work zone.
